Meet Kim
Keynote Speaker, Leadership Coach & Consultant

I help leaders bridge the gap between the leader they want to be and the one who shows up under pressure.
We all have a vision of the leader we want to be: confident, courageous, collaborative. But in the moments that matter most, when the stakes are high and the pressure is on, we often default to protective patterns we don’t consciously choose.
This might look like micromanaging, playing small, over-functioning, or trying to prove yourself. For me, it was impostor syndrome, leading me to consistently second guess myself and remain trapped in self-doubt.
These behaviors aren’t random. They’re protective strategies we’ve learned over time. But when we lead from these instinctive reactions, we pay a price.
Personally, it can look like burnout, strained relationships, stagnation, or a constant feeling that we’re not quite living up to our potential.

My approach is rooted in my own experience of leading in a fast-paced, high-tech environment, where I rose quickly in my career while privately struggling with self-doubt. I know what it’s like to appear capable on the outside while wrestling with fear and uncertainty on the inside. Learning to close that gap transformed how I lead. I now help others do the same.
Using my LEADS framework, I help leaders recognize when they’re operating reactively and quickly shift into more intentional, values-driven action. It’s a practical, psychologically grounded approach to leading with greater clarity, confidence and courage, especially in the moments that matter most.
I also work with teams to apply the same strategies, expanding the benefits across the organization and strengthening cultures from the inside out.
Because when we close the gap between how we want to lead and how we actually show up, we create better outcomes for ourselves, our teams and our organizations.

Proud to serve on the leadership teams of these equity-driven communities.
