Leadership Development
Programs

Prepare your leaders to lead under pressure, improve collaboration and deliver stronger results.

KM_Pattern-06.png

Your leaders are operating in an environment of constant change, growing complexity and relentless pressure to perform. Technical expertise may have helped them reach this point in their careers, but leading at a higher level requires greater self-awareness, adaptability and intentionality. They need practical tools to manage themselves, bring out the best in others and respond effectively in the moments that matter most.

I partner with organizations to create engaging leadership-development experiences for:

  • First-time managers

  • High-potential leaders

  • Emerging executives

  • Established people leaders.

Each program combines practical insights, real-world business examples and immediately actionable strategies. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of how to better lead themselves and others.

Leadership development that translates into action

Leadership development creates the greatest value when participants can connect what they’re learning to the challenges they face every day. My programs give leaders space to reflect, examine their behavior patterns and practice new ways of leading. They return to their roles with practical strategies they can immediately apply to decisions, relationships and leadership conversations.

Programs can be designed as a complete leadership-development experience or integrated into an existing corporate leadership program. I work closely with talent leaders, HR partners and program sponsors to understand the organization’s goals, audience and business environment. Together, we determine the topics, format and level of customization that will create the greatest value.

Master the Moment

Pressure has become a default operating condition for today’s leaders. In high-stakes moments, even experienced leaders can default to reactive patterns such as overthinking, over-functioning or overcompensating. These instinctive reactions can undermine trust, weaken communication and make it harder to lead effectively.

Master the Moment introduces my LEADS framework, a practical system that helps leaders shift from reactive mode to intentional leadership. Participants learn to recognize their triggers and develop strategies to show up more confidently, steadily and effectively when the stakes are high. This framework creates a strong foundation that can be reinforced throughout a broader leadership-development program.

The LEADS
Framework

L

Listen to Your Body

Recognize the early signals that pressure is affecting your leadership.

E

Examine Your Triggers

Understand the situations and beliefs that activate reactive patterns.

A

Align with Your Values

Reconnect with the leader you want to be and the values you want to embody.

D

Develop an Actionable Plan

Identify practical ways to respond more intentionally before, during and after important moments.

S

Support Others

Create the conditions for others to contribute, grow and perform at their best.

This session should be mandatory for all managers and above. MY management should be required to view it multiple times."

Programs are designed around your leaders.

Every organization has different leadership priorities. Depending on your goals, a customized program may include topics such as:

  • Creating psychological safety

  • Leading with confidence and intentionality in the age of AI

Practical, relatable and immediately useful

My approach combines research, relatable stories and practical strategies leaders can use right away. Participants are encouraged to apply the learning to their own challenges, relationships and leadership moments. They leave with greater self-awareness and a clear plan for showing up more intentionally.

Let’s develop the leaders your organization needs now and in the future.

Whether you’re building a new leadership development program or looking for an experienced partner to strengthen an existing program, I’d love to learn more about your goals. Together, we can create an experience that helps your leaders grow, strengthens your organization and delivers lasting value.

“Absolutely loved this workshop. The themes coming from the conversations and breakout rooms really showed that regardless of gender or gender identity we are looking for the same things in the workplace—being seen, included, safe to try and fail, autonomy to do our job, etc. Just shows we need to work on being allies to everybody. Starting to have these conversations include our male and non-binary coworkers is going to be so important going forward.”
